FAFC is a terrific place to train. From the moment I first walked in, I was welcomed, and introduced to a number of other club members who ‘showed me the ropes' in a friendly and accepting manner.

Peter, Maria, Antoinette, Grant and Neil provide great advice, and classes always work to the ability of the people there. Beginners are well catered for, and everyone helps out during classes.

Martial arts also teaches mental discipline as well as developing the physical side of the body, and I have found both to be very valuable!

FAFC is a friendly and relaxed place to get fit and train

….and age is no barrier!
